The Significance of Jesus’ Call
On the day after meeting his first disciples, Jesus decided to leave for Galilee. He found Philip and simply said, “Follow me.” (John 1:43) While this command may seem straightforward at first, it actually reveals the heart of Jesus’ mission and his relationship with humanity.
